No hard sell no un-vetted candidates and no charging you the earth; in fact, we charge just 12% (consistently lower than most other agencies).
There are no upfront costs; you only pay us a fee once a candidate has started, plus everything comes with our 12-week guarantee.
We tailor our recruitment process to what you need; from finding you candidates from a supplied job description to writing it, advertising it, providing recruitment advice and even sitting in on interviews, we can help with as little or as much as you need.
However, a typical recruitment process looks like this…
1. GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Once commissioned, we have an in-depth conversation with you to get as much background information about your company and the role/roles available. We gather a large amount of data, such as industry information, size and culture of the business, the type of person you’re looking for, duties, pay, benefits, etc.
Plus... we can also arrange a meet-up in person if you’d like to get to know us better or if feel it would benefit the recruitment process recruitment
2. CREATING A JOB SPECIFICATION
We can either use a job specification you already have or write one for you. Either way, we will be able to advise you on the local job market as it stands, current pay and condition expectations for your industry.
We can also advise on possible changes or additions to make your job advert more appealing to candidates to ensure that we maximise your potential number of applicants.
3. LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS
To reach the highest number of jobseekers, we advertise on and CV search within all the market-leading job databases and websites.
We will also leverage our network of contacts, advertise on our own website, promote on our social media channels and search our own extensive database for suitable people to provide a comprehensive search.
4. GETTING TO KNOW APPLICANTS
100% of all candidates applying for roles undergo an initial pre-interview, so we can obtain relevant background knowledge on them. Amongst other things, we will establish why they are interested in the role, their current situation, pay, conditions and expectations. If suitable, we will then shortlist them with a handful of other carefully selected candidates.
5. SHORTLISTING & INTERVIEWS
You will be sent a clear and concise version of the candidate’s original CV that has been edited into a standardised easy-to-read format.
After discussing the candidates with you personally, we will arrange all interviews, provide you with candidate feedback and update candidates on the outcome of their interview.
6. ONBOARDING SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
We notify successful candidates, make and negotiate offers, hours, pay, start dates etc. As well as obtaining proof to work in the UK, and other additional relevant documentation.
We will check in with both you and your new employee several times to ensure everything is going well, and if required discuss any queries or potential issues
