This is an exciting opportunity for a well-established Executive Administrator to join our clients, friendly team, based in the historic Bailgate area of Lincoln. The role is diverse, fast paced and provides plenty of opportunities to learn alongside a supportive team of colleagues.

Executive Administrator

Duties for this role will include:

  • Manage the client’s electronic diary.
  • Take accurate minutes during planned meetings.
  • Monitor emails, redirecting enquiries or obtaining further information as required.
  • Be the first point of contact for the teams, directing enquiries and prioritising messages for response.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Date Entry work
  • Undertake a variety of administration duties, including taking notes, filing, general correspondence as required.
  • Participate in performance management appraisals.
  • Keep up to date with developments in your area of work.

Competencies / Skills:

  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • Be organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage priorities, whilst balancing a wide range of duties.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good team player
  • Be able to support colleagues with everyday issues, instilling confidence that you will get the job done.

Hours of work Mon – Fri – 08.30 – 17.00 – 37.5 hours

Salary £23,500
