Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their busy team based at Scunthorpe. This role will include workshop duties in Scunthorpe and field service work across Lincolnshire.
Duties will include:
- Refurbishment and preparation of vending equipment to customer specification.
- Field service work, installing, maintaining and repairing a full range of equipment in and around the Lincolnshire area.
- Responding to re-active and planned service calls for customer machines
- Undertaking deliveries, installations and equipment removals
- Providing routine maintenance to equipment
- Stock deliveries to customers
Alongside your formal training and/or previous experience, together with the outstanding levels of training provided you will be expected to diagnose and fix all types of faults.
You will be provided with all necessary work wear & PPE.
Skills and Experience
- Good Electrical / Mechanical knowledge.
- Accurate fault finding to component level.
- Full understanding of safe working practices & H&S requirements.
- Confidence in communicating with Customers at all levels
Must hold full driving licence and be able to drive a 3.5 tonne light commercial van.
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, with a 1 hour lunch break.
Rate: £12.00 – £13.00ph, subject to experience and experience.
