Recruitment Levels 2023

Do you need help to find quality candidates, and fill staffing vacancies in your organisation, then consider using Positive Recruitment a local, affordable, independent agency established for over 10 years.

The year 2023 has begun with UK recruitment levels remaining elevated at 1.19 million, but with candidates becoming more risk adverse, and less likely to move on from their current employer.
Concerns around job security, with cost-of-living increases and the threat of a recession are making it more likely that people will stay in their current role.

Whilst things like more job flexibility, hybrid working and organisation culture, will encourage candidates to consider a move, there is no doubt that with fewer people likely to change jobs, it is proving a difficult time for employers to find the right talent.

So, with all these current challenges afoot, now may just be a good time to hand over your recruitment needs to the professional team at Positive Recruitment.
