11 Years of Positive Recruitment

So, we are coming up to the 11th year in business for Positive Recruitment, and I couldn’t be prouder of the company Stacey Stewart, and I have built.
By constantly providing a high standard of service, alongside competitive fees, our business has continued to flourish.
We are a small, independent recruitment company and this is how we like it. We offer a friendly, and personal service to all our clients, and cover a variety of industries in the permanent sector.
We are lucky enough to have worked with many different clients over the years, and have constant, repeat business from many of these.

So, a big thank you to Stacey for working alongside me all this time, and to all the people and businesses that have supported us over the last 11 years.

Recruitment Levels 2023

Do you need help to find quality candidates, and fill staffing vacancies in your organisation, then consider using Positive Recruitment a local, affordable, independent agency established for over 10 years.

The year 2023 has begun with UK recruitment levels remaining elevated at 1.19 million, but with candidates becoming more risk adverse, and less likely to move on from their current employer.
Concerns around job security, with cost-of-living increases and the threat of a recession are making it more likely that people will stay in their current role.

Whilst things like more job flexibility, hybrid working and organisation culture, will encourage candidates to consider a move, there is no doubt that with fewer people likely to change jobs, it is proving a difficult time for employers to find the right talent.

So, with all these current challenges afoot, now may just be a good time to hand over your recruitment needs to the professional team at Positive Recruitment.
