Executive Administrator

Duties for this role will include:
- Manage the client’s electronic diary.
- Take accurate minutes during planned meetings.
- Monitor emails, redirecting enquiries or obtaining further information as required.
- Be the first point of contact for the teams, directing enquiries and prioritising messages for response.
- Ensure accurate record keeping.
- Date Entry work
- Undertake a variety of administration duties, including taking notes, filing, general correspondence as required.
- Participate in performance management appraisals.
- Keep up to date with developments in your area of work.
Competencies / Skills:
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Be organised with excellent communication skills.
- Able to manage priorities, whilst balancing a wide range of duties.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good team player
- Be able to support colleagues with everyday issues, instilling confidence that you will get the job done.
