Our well-established client is looking for an experienced Café/ Front of House Manager to join their friendly team.

Based North-West of Lincoln you will be working as part of a family run business, your duties will be varied, and will include:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the café’ and shop floor.
  • Management and on-going development of café and shop staff.
  • Shop and Café rota planning
  • Ensure the café and shop are always well presented, responsible for seasonal displays and promotions.
  • Achieve Café and shop labour budgets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings, motivating staff to drive sales within the business.
  • Assisting the General Manager with staff recruitment, training etc.
  • Other Duties as required.

This is a full-time permanent role – 40 hours per week working every other weekend.

Salary £26,000 – £27,000 dependent upon experience

Customer Service Advisors Required

Based North side of Lincoln as a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing first point of contact resolution to customers through various channels and provide professional advice and assistance as required.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and respond to customer enquiries for all contact channels Emails, Phones and Case Management, ensuring customer satisfaction and a satisfactory resolution.
  • Carry out all administration functions relative to customer service.
  • Accurately record and input information into the relevant IT systems and ensure all records and systems are up to date.
  • Respond and raise support tickets within the CRM system to ensure all departments have visibility to view the customer’s journey and solution.
  • Submit and log courier claims for lost or damaged parcels.
  • Book in collections and maintain the collection queue.
  • Proactively engage with customers if there is an issue with stock replenishment.
  • Improve customer feedback via client review pages.
  • Always promote and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Good level of education including Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Ability to work in a team or on own initiative.
  • Strong IT skills

Experience of front-line customer service provision through a variety of access channels desirable but not essential

Installation Electrician

Due to continued business growth our client is looking to recruit an additional qualified Installation Electrician to join their growing Lincoln based team.

This is a full time permanent role and will be a mixture of solar panel installations, EV charging point installations and general electrical work.

The ideal candidate will be 18th edition qualified or similar, have 2 years + experience and be happy to work as part of a small but growing team.

Full training will be provided for the solar and EV charging installations.

Basic hours are Monday –Friday but must be happy to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required

Experienced Credit Controller

Due to continued growth our client has a need for an additional Credit Controller to join their friendly, Lincoln team.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with debtors for settlement of debt, to ensure collected within credit terms.
  • Liaise with clients and debtors by telephone and email to resolve debts on the ledger.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as email inbox and queries.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced credit control or accounts department would be advantageous.

Duties for this role will include:-

  • Work within the Hospitality team in the kitchen and restaurant as directed by the Hospitality Supervisor or Hospitality Manager.
  • Provide well presented, appetising meals and snacks from the restaurant menu, managing and delegating Hospitality Assistants to achieve this.
