Café/ Front of House Manager
Our well-established client is looking for an experienced Café/ Front of House Manager to join their friendly team.
Based North-West of Lincoln you will be working as part of a family run business, your duties will be varied, and will include:
- Ensure the smooth running of the café’ and shop floor.
- Management and on-going development of café and shop staff.
- Shop and Café rota planning
- Ensure the café and shop are always well presented, responsible for seasonal displays and promotions.
- Achieve Café and shop labour budgets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct weekly team meetings, motivating staff to drive sales within the business.
- Assisting the General Manager with staff recruitment, training etc.
- Other Duties as required.
This is a full-time permanent role – 40 hours per week working every other weekend.
Salary £26,000 – £27,000 dependent upon experience
