This is a full time permanent position working in and around Lincoln.

Basic 40 hour week but flexibility to working hours is essential as some days will be longer than others.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client’s Engineering Department as a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will report to the Engineering and Quality Manager and will be a logical problem solver, with excellent mathematical, analytical and hands-on practical skills.

Based in Gainsborough duties will include:-

  • Work closely with the Production Manager and Supervisors to maintain and improve efficiency of production processes, without compromising the quality of assembled product.
  • Maintain and update all assembly and repair work instructions.
  • Proactively complete Root Cause Analysis of process and quality issues within the production environment.
  • Work with the Maintenance Manager to implement new machinery and upgrades.
  • Work with IT and Maintenance on new and existing production machinery issues.
  • Perform a lead role in process improvement programs in co-operation with the Quality, Production and Maintenance departments.
  • Other duties that may be assigned when required.

 

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, with relevant industrial experience. Alternatively, possess the technical knowledge and experience from carrying out a similar role.
  • Experience in understanding and interpreting technical drawings and electrical diagrams
  • Experience with Power BI and CAD software – Pro-E/Creo would be an advantage.

Due to continued business growth our client is looking to recruit 2 X additional qualified electricians to join their growing Lincoln based team.

This is a full time permanent role and will be a mixture of solar panel installations, EV charging point installations and general electrical work on new build properties.

The ideal candidate will be 18th edition qualified or similar, have 2 years + experience and be happy to work as part of a small but growing team.

Full training will be provided for the solar and EV charging installations.

Basic hours are Monday –Friday but must be happy to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required
